Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Sr. Accounting Manager with excellent
interpersonal and communication skills, capable of leading a team across multiple countries to join
our organization.
The Sr. Accounting Manager will play a crucial role in driving the financial strategy of the company,
overseeing all financial operations, and ensuring the organization's financial health. The ideal
candidate will possess a strong background in finance, strategic planning, and risk management,
with the ability to lead a dynamic accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:
? Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the
company’s goals, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
? Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including
budgets, forecasts, and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with
regulations.
? Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them,
ensuring the organization is protected against financial uncertainties.
? Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process and provide accurate financial
forecasts to guide decision-making at all levels of the organization.
? Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and ensure the
organization has the financial resources necessary to operate effectively.
? Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of
continuous improvement and professional development.
? Collaboration: Work closely with other department heads to align financial goals with
overall business strategies.
? Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining the
integrity of financial practices within the organization.


Qualifications:
? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant
advanced degree preferred.
? Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 6
years in a leadership role.
? Certifications: CPA, CMA, or similar professional certification is highly desirable.
? Skills:
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
? Proficiency in financial software and tools.
? Strategic thinking with a proactive approach to financial planning.
