Key Responsibilities
* Optimize Systems: Analyze and improve workflows across tools like SharePoint and Office365 working with the entire team and the SharePoint developer.
* Leverage AI: Research and implement AI tools for content creation and operational efficiency.
* Strategic Planning: Map out actionable plans based on book resources like The Great CEO Within and ensure implementation across the company.
* Problem Solving: Structure complex problems, design solutions, and execute with measurable outcomes.
* Collaborate with Experts: Partner with internal team members and external developers to achieve technical goals.

What We’re Looking For:
* A background that would indicate the ability to collect data from various sources, synthesize and then make complex inferences followed by detailed execution.
* Learning Orientation: Eagerness to learn and apply new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.
* Some overlapping work hours with the CEO's wakeful hours (7am to 11:30PM) East Coast time in USA (NYC time). We need to be able to chat on Teams each day.
