Spanish speaking virtual front desk

Front desk job, virtual, medical service

We are opening a medical clinic. It is based in Seattle, Washington. We are looking to recruit a virtual medical front desk person to help us ensure patient engagement. This is a very low stress level job as our service is simple and straightforward. We do have some Spanish speaking patients, so additional skills with spanish communication is preferred.

Job duties:

- Warmly communicating with patients over the phone
- Answering questions
- scheduling appointments
- Making reminder calls

Required skills/abilities:

- Confident and precise while answering phone calls, greeting patients, and responding to patient inquiries.
- Attention to detail to schedule patients correctly
- Be kind and caring
- Excellent track record in customer service.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills that support respectful communication with patients, including the ability to interact positively with patients who may be upset or stressed.
- Initiative to optimize the work process should any issue arise.

Hours of operation
9 am- 5pm, Mon through Fri, Pacific Time Zone,
Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred).
