JOB OVERVIEW

The Spanish Virtual Assistant will play a key role in supporting the company’s operations by managing client communication, assisting with client onboarding, and ensuring smooth workflows. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, highly organized, and proficient in administrative and client-facing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Communication:
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Serve as the main point of contact for both potential and current clients via email.
2. Client Onboarding:
• Assist clients during the onboarding process prior to service launch.
• Provide support to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.
3. Email Management:
• Monitor and organize email inboxes to ensure timely responses and follow-ups.
• Send meeting reminders to clients and relevant stakeholders.
4. Scheduling:
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with companies and clients.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
• Update and maintain accurate client information and records in spreadsheets.
• Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
6. Meeting Support:
• Send reminders for scheduled meetings.
• Provide assistance in preparing agendas or other relevant materials if needed.

Qualifications:
• Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Previous experience in a virtual assistant or administrative role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using email tools, scheduling software, and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
