Spanish-Speaking VA: Entry-Level Position Seeking Detail-Oriented Individual

Bienvenido Insurance is seeking an exceptional bilingual virtual assistant with excellent phone skills and meticulous attention to detail to join our rapidly expanding insurance agency. This full-time role (40 hours/week) begins with a 30-day training period, with growth potential based on performance.

Requirements:

*Impeccable English grammar (we'll provide training for everything else)
*Fluency in a second language (Spanish preferred)
*Availability during U.S. Central Time working hours

Responsibilities:

*Handling Quotes from Agents:
*Quote policies across multiple platforms
*Complete and submit forms for various carriers
*Generate auto policy quotes using Turborater
*Fill out Acord forms for commercial policies
*Notify agents of completed quotes/forms
*Send quotes to clients via email or text
*Process approximately 15 personal/commercial line quotes daily
*Multitask and perform data entry with minimal supervision

CRM Management:

*Keep CRM updated with no missing information
*Upload policies using RingCentral
*Enter new policies and quotes into NPQ CRM
*Send text messages to clients about payments due or policy cancellations in both English and the applicant's second language (Spanish preferred)
*Ensure accuracy and speed in data collection

Key Requirement:

*Willingness to learn and use new platforms and programs
