We are seeking a Spanish-Speaking Solar Sales Appointment Setter!

This position is for a Solar Sales Professional fluent in both Spanish and English, with experience in writing
Key Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills (Fluent in both Spanish and English, written and verbal)
Strong tech-savviness
Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
Experience in customer service or sales (preferably in solar or energy industries)
Comfortable working with CRM software and lead management tools
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls from our lead lists to schedule solar presentations.
Learn the key details of our services to assist prospective clients.
Handle incoming calls from potential clients as needed.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments in CRM systems.
Assist in developing
Compensation:
You will receive an hourly rate plus a bonus for each appointment set.
Additional bonuses will be awarded if the sale is closed by a solar sales professional.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (a college degree is a plus)
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls
Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed
