About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Spanish-English Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. While this role primarily involves English communication, proficiency in Spanish is required for occasional interpretation needs.
As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth communication, resolving inquiries, and maintaining detailed, accurate records. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients professionally and efficiently, providing exceptional reception services.
Accurately maintain records and files, ensuring timely follow-up on phone calls and inquiries until resolution is achieved.
Upload and manage electronic files, utilizing technical skills for proper file handling.
Perform routine clerical tasks such as filing and general office support as needed.
Consistently demonstrate professional behavior, including regular attendance, punctuality, and adherence to health and safety procedures.
Actively pursue personal development, enhancing skills and knowledge required for the role.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors on additional tasks or special projects as assigned.
