We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual for a verbal position, handling Spanish-speaking clients and leads. The primary responsibility is to manage communication with leads and clients, as well as other web and referral sources. The role includes follow-up calls, managing incoming inquiries, and various administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
-Fluency in Spanish (verbal and written) is a must.
-Willingness to work night shifts according to West Coast USA hours.
-Strong verbal communication skills.
-Experience with CRM systems, particularly Airtable, is preferred.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Previous experience in a similar role or customer service is an advantage
Main Tasks:
-Calling Referred Leads
-Follow-Up Calls
-Contact leads marked as "Assessment Not Ripe" to reassess their status.
-Follow up with leads who have not signed the "Engagement Agreement."
-Handle incoming calls from leads, including general inquiries, status inquiries, and spam calls.
Minor Tasks:
-Lead Management:
Add new leads to the CRM system (Airtable).
-Communication:
Answer
-Document Management:
Download and upload client documents as needed.
-Administrative Support:
Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Work Hours: West Coast USA hours (12-9 AM w/ daylight saving, 1-9 AM w/o daylight saving)
Shift: Night Shift (Philippines Time)
Language Requirement: Fluent in Spanish
