We're looking for a bilingual full-time virtual assistant who can speak Spanish and English, with an experience in handling personal lines insurance-related tasks and outbound/inbound phone calls.
Requirements:
• FLUENT IN SPANISH & ENGLISH
• MUST be willing to work full-time with no other commitments from other companies.
• MUST have at least 6 months of virtual assistant experience working with a U.S.-based company/client.
• MUST have insurance experience (personal lines insurance).
• MUST have customer service experience.
• MUST have own laptop/desktop with dual monitors and reliable internet.
• MUST have own web camera and headset.
• Can work from Monday to Friday at 8am to 5pm US Time.
