Spanish Bilingual Cold Caller

About the Role: We are looking for highly motivated Spanish Bilingual Cold Callers to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English, confident in engaging potential customers, and skilled in persuasion and communication. This role involves making outbound calls to Spanish-speaking prospects, building relationships, and generating leads for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to Spanish-speaking prospects.
Engage and qualify leads by understanding their needs and interests.
Deliver persuasive sales pitches to generate appointments or sales.
Overcome objections and handle rejections professionally.
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed set targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

Requirements:
Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence in handling objections and maintaining persistence.
Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
