Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and engage top-tier candidates through various sourcing channels (Onlinejob, job boards, referrals, etc.)
-Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
-Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
-Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
-Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach to assess candidate qualifications.
-Keep accurate records of sourcing activities and candidate interactions in our ATS.
-Stay updated on industry trends, sourcing tools, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
-Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
-A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
-Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
