310 Nutrition is a leading e-commerce brand in the health and wellness industry, offering high-quality nutritional and skincare products. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Sourcing & Procurement Specialist to help us build a global supplier pipeline and negotiate better pricing to support our rapid growth.

This is a fully remote role working closely with the Director of Operations, offering a unique opportunity to source global manufacturers and suppliers across China, the U.S., and the U.K.

What You’ll Do:

Source & Build Supplier Networks – Research, identify, and onboard cost-effective, high-quality manufacturers for both product manufacturing and packaging.
Negotiate Pricing & Contracts – Secure competitive costs, favorable contract terms, and supplier agreements to optimize spending.
Manage Supplier Relationships – Maintain strong vendor partnerships, monitor KPIs, and ensure consistent quality and delivery.
Support Operational Alignment – Work closely with the Director of Operations to align sourcing with production schedules and demand forecasts.
Ensure Compliance & Quality Standards – Review supplier certifications, ensure adherence to 310 Nutrition’s SOPs, and address quality concerns proactively.
Track & Report Key Metrics – Monitor cost trends, supplier performance, and purchasing data, providing insights to optimize procurement processes.

What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, ideally working with international suppliers.
Strong negotiation & contract management skills with a track record of securing better pricing and service-level agreements.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and familiarity with ERP or inventory systems is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English – written and verbal.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Experience sourcing from Chinese, U.S., and U.K. suppliers is a plus.
Familiarity with customs, shipping logistics, and global trade regulations is a bonus.
