Solutions Architect and Virtual Assistant

We’re looking for a Solutions Architect and tech-savvy virtual assistant to join our team part-time (20 hours per week).

Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English.
Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly grasp new systems and tools.
Interest in setting up opt-in pages and sales pages using Kajabi.
An eye for website and graphics design.
Stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps).
Background in tech or a related field.
Availability to work in the CEST/CET time zone, ideally between 9 AM and 5 PM.

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:
Especially skilled in technical tasks and troubleshooting small problems.
Resourceful and proactive, confident in taking on responsibility. You focus on solutions, not problems, and enjoy figuring things out.

Highly organized, with strong time-management skills.

Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all tasks.

You will be working on a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
Creating landing pages in Kajabi (e.g., opt-in pages, sales pages, value pages).
Managing email delivery and automations.
Providing support during product launches.
Preparing and uploading podcast content.
Handling graphics and light design tasks.
Administering Facebook groups and pages.
Developing and maintaining processes and workflows.

Software Stack
Kajabi, Zapier, Slack, Monday.com, Canva, Stripe, PayPal, FB Ads, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Zoom.

Zoom Interviews: Applicants will be selected for a Zoom video interview before the final decision is made.

Hours
This is a part-time position requiring 20 hours per week.

Compensation
Starting salary: $400 per month, depending on qualifications.
