Key Responsibilities

Architect and maintain cutting-edge backend and solutions
Build secure, scalable backend applications using Node.js
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth backend-frontend integrations
Optimize system coding speed, system performance, reliability, and scalability
Engage actively in code reviews, strategic planning, and team meetings
Commit to late-night working hours for significant overlap with the North American team

Requirements

5+ years of software development experience, with a strong architectural focus
Expertise in Node.js (1-2 years) and React.js (1-2 years)
Proficiency in MongoDB and NoSQL databases
Hands-on, demonstrable experience with generative AI coding tools like Cursor, Aider, etc
Outstanding drive and clear English communication skills
Experience dealing with clients
