In over three decades of research, we have discovered that distortions and blockages in the
body-field can lead to physical problems and deteriorating health.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Software QA Tester to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our software products through rigorous testing and quality assurance practices. You will collaborate closely with development teams to create and implement effective testing strategies that enhance our software quality.

Key Responsibilities:
-Attend sprint refinement sessions to ensure all aspects of upcoming work are considered from a testing perspective and documented in DevOps/Confluence.
-Test software changes to a high standard and appropriate scope, ensuring functionality meets requirements.
-Create comprehensive test plans and test cases tailored to various software applications.
-Conduct user acceptance testing and functional testing to validate software performance.
-Perform testing on web applications, mobile apps, and various devices to ensure compatibility and functionality.
-Utilize suitable tools such as Postman for API testing.
-Execute load and performance testing to assess software scalability and reliability.
-Investigate and replicate issues reported from customer implementations, providing detailed feedback to development teams.
-Implement automated testing using tools like Cypress, contributing to the efficiency of our testing processes.
-Maintain a curious mindset with an eye for detail, confidently questioning processes and outcomes to drive improvements.
-Self-motivate and engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
-Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey testing results and quality insights.
-Take accountability for the creation and execution of the team’s quality strategy.
-Provide expert advice and guidance to enable teams to embed good quality principles throughout the development lifecycle.
-Develop and monitor metrics to measure quality, using analysis of these metrics to inform future quality strategies and targeted quality initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
-3+ years of proven experience as a Software QA Tester or similar role.
-Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
-Experience with testing frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium, or similar is required. Experience with Cypress is strongly preferred
-Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
-Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP protocols.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
-A passion for quality and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Schedule: 9am-1pm Monday to Friday (GMT)
5pm-9pm Monday to Friday (Philippine Time)
