My client is looking for a Competent Project Manager. You will be reporting directly to the CEO. Ideal candidates are folks with an MBA who are hyperorganized and a competent Project Manager with background in software companies.
A day in the life of a Project Manager looks like:
08:00 am in meeting with our CEO and the developer team
09:00 am in meeting with our CEO and the developer team
08:00 p
10:30 am in meeting with our CEO
Our CEO will send you recordings of meetings where you’re not in
Work on your own time
As our Project Manager, you’re responsible for:
Keep a list of projects (existing projects, backlog projects, new projects and new opportunities)
Update and remind our CEO everyday about the list of projects
Create project plans, sprints and budget for each project and review with our CEO on a weekly basis
Manage people to get things done and on time
Evaluate the work done by tea
Provide your insights/ recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency of projects on your lists
Sometimes, you are asked to do research.
Tools you will use:
Clickup
Google Drive (Google Docs, Spreadsheets, Google Slides)
Google Looker Studio and PostHog
Zoom video conferencing, Slack, WhatsApp, Google Chrome, and LinkedIn
