About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Software Developer to support the development and integration of our Mybcat system architecture, specifically geared toward providing advanced VoIP-based services to ophthalmology clinics. This position is ideal for a developer who excels in quick problem-solving, building integrations, and adapting to complex architectures.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to build and integrate technical solutions for AI voice agents, Amazon Connect, AWS Cloud infrastructure, reporting, LLM, API integrations.
Key responsibilities
Amazon Connect Support: Configure and optimize Amazon Connect for VoIP call handling, including live call management, scalability, and integration with other services.
Voice AI Integration: Support and integrate AI-powered voice agent for overflow/off-hours call handling, ensuring seamless call routing and data access.
Reporting and Analytics Development: Set up and manage reporting solutions for call center performance, AI metrics, and overall system insights.
API and System Integrations: Work extensively with APIs to connect and synchronize various platforms.
Software Development: Build different software solutions, for our internal and external needs.
Data Analysis and AI/ML Integration: Use language models and data analysis tools to analyze call transcripts, score agents, and generate meaningful insights for reporting.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to internal documentation, ensuring clear and detailed records of processes and integrations.
Preferred Technologies
Core: Amazon Connect, AWS Cloud, Open AI and different LLMs
Programming and Frameworks: Python, PHP, Node.js
APIs: RESTful APIs, experience with third-party APIs
About you
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
3+ years of experience in software development or technical program management, with a focus on integrations, VoIP solutions, or AI implementations.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve complex integration issues quickly.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
