**Job Title:** Social Media Manager (Instagram & Facebook)
**Location:** Remote
**Employment Type:** Freelance / Part-time / Full-time (Adjust based on your needs)

### **Job Overview**
We are looking for an experienced and creative **Social Media Manager** to manage and grow our presence on Instagram and Facebook. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of branding and be able to create visually appealing content while engaging with our audience. This person will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement and follower growth.

### **Responsibilities**

#### **Creatives & Branding:**
- **Custom Graphics:** Create eye-catching, branded graphics for posts, stories, and reels.
- **Captions:** Write engaging and relevant captions that align with the brand voice.
- **Reels & Stories:** Develop and post creative video content (reels) and stories that capture audience interest.
- **Hashtags:** Conduct hashtag research and implement strategies for increased reach and engagement.

#### **Growth Strategy:**
- **Profile Optimization:** Optimize profile bio, highlight covers, and slides to enhance brand presentation.
- **Account Strategy:** Research trends and create a tailored strategy for account growth and engagement.
- **Follower Growth:** Implement organic growth tactics to increase followers on both platforms.
- **Monthly Performance Report:** Track performance metrics and provide detailed reports on social media activity, follower growth, and engagement rates.

#### **Content Creation:**
- **Content Calendar:** Plan a strategic content calendar in line with brand objectives.
- **Posts:** Create Minimum 8+ posts per month, including a mix of carousel and single-image posts.
- **Reels:** Develop minimum 14+ video reels per month showcasing products, trends, and brand stories.
- **Stories:** Post 5-6 stories per week, including interactive and engaging content.
- **Scheduling & Posting:** Manage weekly posting schedules and ensure timely uploads of content.
- **Copywriting:** Write engaging copy for all social media posts, reflecting the brand tone and messaging.

#### **Engagement & Community Management:**
- **Daily Engagement:** Dedicate 30 minutes per weekday to strategic engagement, including replying to comments and DMs.
- **Hashtag & Page Engagement:** Comment on relevant posts from targeted hashtags and pages to expand reach.
- **Story Replies & Engagement:** Respond to story mentions and engage with new followers to build relationships and activate the algorithm.
- **Conversation Starters:** Engage followers in meaningful conversations through replies and DMs to nurture community interaction.

### **Qualifications:**
- Proven experience managing social media accounts (preferably in fashion or e-commerce) with a focus on Instagram and Facebook.
- Strong visual branding skills and the ability to create cohesive, branded content.
- Experience with content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.
- Deep understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms, best practices for growth, and engagement strategies.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stay organized with content calendars and scheduling.
- Knowledge of analytics tools like Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics, or third-party apps for reporting.
