Join Our Team as a Virtual Assistant (Dual Role)

We are a leading provider of home health physical, occupational, and speech therapy services in Tucson, dedicated to delivering compassionate care to our patients. We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help us streamline our operations and improve our services. This is a part-time dual role, with some of your responsibilities supporting Tucson Medical Therapy Services and the other half managing our Airbnb listings and social media presence.

About the Role

Airbnb and Social Media Management

Content Creation: Manage our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook), creating engaging posts and video content using provided clips, photos, and stock images to build our online presence. Maintain the websites for both businesses. You need ot be able to create high quality professional video content as well as posts.

Airbnb Assistance: Respond to guest requests through the Airbnb messaging platform as needed.

As our Virtual Assistant, you will divide your time between managing communication and scheduling for Tucson Medical Therapy Services, and supporting our Airbnb properties and social media presence. You'll be instrumental in helping us provide exceptional care to our patients while also enhancing our Airbnb guest experience and online visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Home Health Therapy Services

Communication Coordination: Use WhatsApp to facilitate real-time communication between patients and therapists, ensuring smooth coordination of schedules and any essential duties.

Efficient Scheduling: Utilize WellSky (our Electronic Health Record system) to schedule new patient appointments and optimize the appointment calendar.

Administrative Support: Assist with chart reviews, ensure that therapist orders are completed accurately, and support various administrative tasks.


About You

Tech-Savvy: Experience in video editing and creating social media posts is essential. You should also be familiar with Timedoctor for time tracking. Being skilled in social media and SEO is the most important criteria for this position, the other aspects of helping as a medical VA can be on the job training.

Experience & Skills: You should have experience as a Virtual Assistant, Proficiency in EHR systems (WellSky/Kinnser preferred), Google Workspace, and spreadsheets is a must. Proficient with video editing software and using wordpress for websites. Knowledge of content creation for social media. Will want to expand to other social media sites as well.

Communication & Coordination: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Quick Learner: Ability to understand and adapt to our processes quickly, contributing to our mission of delivering quality therapy services.

Availability: Must be able to work Arizona business hours, with some weekend availability.

Requirements

Strong computer literacy, including EHR systems, website maintenance and video editing

Commitment to confidentiality, discretion, and HIPAA compliance

Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work setup
