Job description
Laceywedding is looking for a Social Media Marketer to spearhead the brand awareness campaign and sales origination initiatives on all of our social media platforms.

To cover the end-to-end social marketing actinides, including to organise model photo shooting and creative video shooting, marketing campaign on all social media, and collaboration with other brands to increase the brand awareness.

Prior experience on social marketing is not a must, but we looking for someone who is interested in fashion industry, creative, and follow the trend. Would great if you could share some of the IG account that you managed yourself, could be biz account or your personal account.

Key Responsibility:

1. plan and implement marketing activities to accelerate the company's online presence across all social media platforms (IG, FB, Tiktok, Website SEO).
2. Curate & create engaging image & video content from ideation, planning, and execution to post-production Schedule the social media posting towards the objective of attracting more potential brides to enquire about our wedding gown.
3. Propose campaigns and activations to deepen engagement with our consumers.
4. Manage social media – interacting with followers, responding to comments and DMs, and emails.
5. Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising. Initiate, plan and arrange a collaboration shooting at least once a month with influencer or campaign with other vendors.
Additional tasks: marketing research, take photo/video if needed for marketing material, other marketing related assignment.
Requirement:

At least 1 year of visual arts/ social media content creation experience on FB, IG, etc.
Experienced with basic lighting, photography, and videography skills. Familiar with image editing and video editing tools.
Good creative writing, copywriting, and communication skills in English.
Able to work independently and take ownership of the responsibility about the work schedule & location.
Ideal if can commit to a 6 months period with us.
Undergraduates and graduate students are both welcome to apply.
