Job Description:?We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful virtual assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will help us with day-to-day tasks like social media management, email organization, customer service, and lead generation. As our business grows, we're looking for someone who can handle our current needs while also bringing skills to anticipate and tackle future challenges.



Responsibilities:
* Manage and schedule social media posts, engage with followers, and drive growth on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
* Organize and respond to emails, keeping communications timely and efficient.
* Handle customer inquiries via email and social media, providing top-notch customer service.
* Generate and research new leads, and assist in outreach efforts.
* Assist with administrative tasks to support smooth day-to-day operations.
* Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize workflows.



Qualifications:
* Proven experience in social media management, email management, and customer service.
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, MailChimp, or other social media/email management platforms is a plus.
* Experience with lead generation and CRM tools is an advantage.
* Adaptability to learn new tools and systems as our business grows.
