Social media creator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for content creation, storytelling, and growing an engaged social media audience. You will be responsible for creating daily Instagram and Facebook posts, including stories and reels, and strategizing to increase followers and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and post at least 1-2 pieces of content daily, including stories and reels, on Instagram and Facebook.
• Create visually appealing and on-brand content that showcases our services, engages the audience, and encourages interaction.
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns, special events, or themed posts.
• Monitor trends and use innovative ideas to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Use analytics to track growth and engagement metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize reach and impact.
• Research and implement effective hashtags, posting times, and other growth strategies.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm content ideas and align social media with overall marketing goals.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in creating social media content (portfolio or samples required).
• Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms, trends, and tools.
• Ability to create engaging reels, short videos, and photo-based posts.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro).
• Excellent communication skills and creativity in storytelling.
• Analytical mindset to measure success and adjust strategies as needed.
• Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with increasing followers and engagement organically.
• Photography or videography skills.
• Familiarity with social media advertising and promotions.
