Title: Part-Time Virtual Assistant – Social Media & Business Development

About the Role:
Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support content creation, social media management, and business development tasks. This part-time role requires strong written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Sending Newsletter (Monthly):
-Manage newsletter content collection, editing, and scheduling.
-Use Vision6 to format and distribute the newsletter.
-Upload articles to the client’s website and track engagement metrics.

Community & Business Development:
-Engage with key industry professionals on LinkedIn.
-Maintain a database of contacts and schedule outreach emails.
-Coordinate introductions and meetings with potential clients.

Retail & Social Media Management (Monthly):
-Plan and draft organic social media posts for multiple shopping centres.
-Use Canva and ChatGPT to create and refine content.
-Tag relevant retailers and maintain an updated database of tenant social media profiles.

DWS & Sivacom Social Media (Weekly):
-Develop and schedule weekly posts using provided content and industry trends.
-Maintain a content calendar and collaborate on creative ideas.
-Assist with graphic and video content creation using Canva.


Ideal Candidate:
? Strong written communication skills (email & LinkedIn messaging).
? Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
? Proactive, tech-savvy, and able to work independently.
? Familiarity with tools like Canva, ChatGPT, Vision6, and LinkedIn.
? Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
? Previous experience in content creation, marketing, or virtual assistance is a plus.

BENEFITS:

-We are looking for long-term VAs, so aside from the base rate, there will be a pay rise of Php1,000.00 quarterly.
-A day shift job in a work-from-home setting.
-Works Monday to Friday, 8 hrs. a day including lunch break.
