About Us
We are a new local media company taking over the Austin Texas area. We are growing extremely fast and getting a lot of attention, but we need someone full time to focus on creating content for us. Video editing is key, must have great skills here. But also leveraging Canva for graphics, and be able to manage all channels. Our current brands are Leander Scoop and Round Rock Scoop, but we are launching two more soon as well as a podcast. You will be responsible for social media for all of them.

We're seeking a social media maverick who can transform our brand presence across all platforms.

Key Requirements:

Outstanding English communication skills - 100% must
Proven track record creating viral short-form videos
Expert-level graphic design capabilities
Multi-channel management expertise
Experience handling multiple brand voices
Strategic mindset - challenge assumptions and drive innovation
Texas-based working hours

Core Responsibilities:

Create and manage content across all social platforms
Develop engaging short-form video content
Design eye-catching graphics
Track and optimize social media metrics
Manage multiple brand identities
Provide strategic input on social media direction

Compensation:
