**Compensation:** $3 per hour

**Hours:** 4 hours per day, 4 days a week (Monday to Friday), 12:00 PM EST - 4:30 PM EST

Elegua Botanica is seeking a dedicated and creative Social Media and Video Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for editing video content created by our marketing team, managing our social media platforms, updating our website, creating graphics, and developing strategies to grow our sales conversions.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Edit video content using Capcut.
- Manage and grow our social media platforms using Metricool for auto postings.
- Create engaging graphics and content using Canva.
- Update and maintain our website using Wix.
- Perform website data entry tasks.
- Communicate via Wix chat/WhatsApp.
- Assist with live streaming using Steamlabs.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales conversions.

**Requirements:**
- Proficiency in Capcut, Metricool, Canva, Wix, and Steamlabs.
- Strong video editing skills.
- Experience in social media management and growth strategies.
- Ability to create visually appealing graphics.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a focus on driving sales conversions.
