Social Media and Podcast Management

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage key tasks for our social media platforms, podcast, and email marketing efforts. This part-time role focuses on daily content management, weekly planning, and monthly strategy support, ensuring everything runs smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Social Media Management: Post content on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. Monitor stats, respond to comments, and engage with followers.
• Podcast Management: Podcast editing, research potential guests, manage guest outreach and scheduling, and coordinate recordings. Assist in creating promo clips from episodes and ensure timely uploads.
• Email and Blog Management: Draft and schedule email campaigns. Create blog posts from existing stories or podcast episodes.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track performance metrics across all platforms, highlighting top-performing content and suggesting improvements.
• Seasonal Content Support: Brainstorm ideas for downloads, mini-guides, or other resources to engage and grow the audience.

Qualifications:
• Creating and managing landing pages (we use kajabi), podcast editing/posting, and canva editing
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and their trends.
• Proficiency in written communication and responding to audiences and guests professionally.
