About Us:
We are a fast-growing healthcare company dedicated to improving patient care and enhancing our online presence. We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Digital Media Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing our social media platforms, digital ad campaigns, overall marketing efforts, and relationship-building with external partners. If you have experience in the healthcare industry and are passionate about using digital marketing to improve patient engagement, we want to hear from you!

We have brought on a head of marketing and you would work with the team to implement strategies, such as

Social Media Management: Develop, curate, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), with a focus on healthcare topics.

Forum Moderation: Actively moderate online forums and discussion groups related to healthcare, ensuring timely, respectful, and accurate responses to queries while promoting the company’s services and expertise.


Email
Marketing & List Management: Oversee email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and performance tracking. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and patient privacy (HIPAA).

Content Creation: Collaborate with the team to create blog posts, newsletters, infographics, and other marketing content that resonate with our audience while maintaining compliance with healthcare marketing guidelines.

Blog Content: Write and publish insightful, informative blog content that highlights healthcare topics, services, and patient education. Ensure all blog content is aligned with SEO best practices and enhances brand visibility.

Additionally, as you get integrated with the team, we would expand your hours to scope to include,

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for social media, digital ads, email campaigns, and blog content to continually optimize marketing strategies.

Referral Network Development: Build and nurture relationships with external partners, such as doctors, schools, and other healthcare professionals or organizations, to create a robust referral network. Ensure that relevant parties are aware of our services and encourage collaboration and referrals.

Digital Advertising: Create, manage, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive engagement, conversions, and leads.

Community Engagement: Engage with online communities, including forums, blogs, and healthcare-related groups, to increase visibility, build trust, and encourage referrals

This is an opportunity that you can join and quickly own/take ownership in various projects.

As part of the interview process, we will expect you to do a small presentation so please only apply if you are able to do a presentation. Also, as we get a lot of interview requests, in your request, please indicate why this would be a good opportunity for you, a little about your background and, most importantly, what is the answer to 3+9. Yes, its a very simple answer, but we want someone to pay attention to details and be interested in this job.

The last two people we have hired came on on a project basis, but quickly showed their worth and both were then converted to a full time basis. We are hopeful this person will have the same trajectory.
