Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance our online presence. This individual will be responsible for creating and executing innovative social media strategies, producing high-quality content, and driving engagement across various platforms. Additionally, the specialist will oversee email marketing initiatives and lead-generation campaigns to grow our audience and client base.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with our business goals.
Plan and schedule content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Write engaging scripts for Instagram & Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other video content.
Create, edit, and repurpose high-quality social media posts across all channels.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions to foster community engagement.
Content Creation & Strategy:

Design and write compelling content for posts, blogs, and campaigns.
Plan and implement email newsletters (minimum 3x weekly) to engage and educate subscribers.
Collaborate with the team to produce opt-in landing pages and pop-ups to capture leads from social media and the website.
Provide guidance and creation of lead magnets to attract potential clients.
Marketing Campaigns:

Develop and optimize email automations, sequences, and deliverability strategies.
Segment email lists for targeted and effective communication.
Create and execute data-driven campaigns to convert leads into clients.
Sales Enablement:

Design DM selling scripts based on proven strategies to increase revenue.
Track and analyze the success of social media and email campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in social media management and email marketing.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Proficiency with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of SEO, social media analytics, and lead-generation strategies.
Creative thinker with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Bonus Skills

Experience with opt-in landers, pop-ups, and website integrations.
Familiarity with financial services, tax preparation, or related industries.
