You’ll also manage workflows, implement automation tools, and oversee social media, content creation, and e-commerce strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a talented marketing team. Hire, train, and upskill staff to deliver exceptional results.
Marketing Strategy: Design and execute cutting-edge social media and content strategies that drive engagement and ROI.
Process & Systems Optimization: Develop workflows, automation systems, and scalable processes to enhance team efficiency.
Client Management: Act as a key liaison for clients, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining quality control across projects.
E-commerce & Clavio Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of e-commerce and email marketing (preferably with Clavio) to deliver measurable outcomes.
Delegation & Oversight: Effectively delegate tasks, monitor performance, and support team members to meet project deadlines.
