This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, a knack for creating engaging ad content, and the ability to analyze and improve campaign performance continuously.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Campaign Management:**
- Develop, implement, and manage effective social media and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to identify and implement the most effective approaches.

2. **Content Creation:**
- Create compelling and visually appealing ad content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Develop ad copy that resonates with specific demographics and drives engagement and conversions.

3. **Audience Targeting:**
- Conduct audience research to identify and target key demographics effectively.
- Utilize advanced targeting options to reach potential customers and generate leads.

**Qualifications:**

- Proficiency in using advertising tools and analytics platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
