Job Description:
Online coaching business that supports photographers and creatives is seeking a highly creative Social Media and Email Manager with expertise in growing followers, boosting traffic, and driving conversions across multiple platforms. If you are an intermediate to advanced level in Instagram, Facebook, ManyChat, and GoHighLevel, we want to hear from you!

This is a 30-day project with the potential to transition into a full-time role if we work well together.

How this will work: Each week, we will create together 5 creative messages for emails. These ideas will then turn into posts / reels & stories for Instagram & Facebook, then be cross posted to YouTube and TikTok.
We will create a "library" of 90 days worth of content, that will then be repeated every 90 days...with a little "freshen up" to be unique.

Key Responsibilities:

Grow and engage our Facebook group, ensuring an active and dynamic community
Increase Instagram followers and drive traffic to offers through strategic content
Cross post to YouTube and also TikTok and drive traffic to offers through strategic content
Create YouTube thumbnails
Manage ManyChat sequences for lead generation and client engagement
Utilize GoHighLevel to streamline marketing campaigns
Create visually compelling graphics and videos using Canva and video editing tools like Descript (you can learn it)
Collaborate with our team to ensure cohesive branding and design creation
Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance social media content and customer interactions

Qualifications:

Proven track record in growing social media platforms and generating traffic
Intermediate to expert level proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, ManyChat, and GoHighLevel
Strong design skills with Canva and video editing experience
Familiarity with using ChatGPT for content creation and chat automation
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics
If you don't have experience with some of the software, it can be learned. What's most important is creativity, intelligence & willingness to learn.

Requirements:

Share documented results you have achieved for other clients or brands
Submit samples of creative work (graphics, videos, campaigns)
Provide a 2-minute video introduction to showcase your personality and communication style

Compensation:
PHP 55,991.60 - 67,189.92 based on experience and software skills
