Social Media Manager & Content Creator

Role Description: We are looking for a Social Media Manager and Content Creator (Brandwell.ai) with at least 5 years of experience in managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and growing audiences. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing content using Canva, video editing with Descript, and increasing follower engagement across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram.

Responsibilities:

*Manage and grow social media platforms, including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram.

*Create visually appealing content using Canva and edit videos using Descript.

*Develop and execute social media strategies to increase followers and engagement.

*Track and report on key performance metrics, including follower growth, engagement, and reach.

*Work closely with the marketing team to align content with broader marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

*5+ years of experience in social media management and content creation.

*Expertise in using Canva for content design and Descript for video editing.

*Proven track record of growing audiences and increasing engagement across multiple platforms.

*Excellent English (fluency) communication skills and attention to detail.

Compensation:

Starting salary: $600 USD/month or 30,000PHM

Bonus: Up to 20% performance-based bonus tied to follower growth and engagement across social platforms.
