JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a Part time Social Media Manager (20 hours/week with potential to move to full time later) to help work the hours that my other assistant cannot work. Hours will be around 10am to 2pm Sydney Australia Time. Candidates must be organized and have prior experience with Documents, Various types of social media management, Sending Emails and assistant work. If you have worked with influences or ecommerce brands that’s even better. You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which you will be trained on how to use.


Your Top Tasks:
* Posting on social medias to boost engagement
* Schedule and log social media posts on our calendar calendar
* Manage customer queries and respond to them with the relevant pre-set template.
* Editing images on adobe suite preferably (canva and capcut is still ok)
* Manage appointments, schedule and send reminders.
* Create a spreadsheet with my content and when to post it out
* Other assistant work



Job Requirements:
* Soft-spoken and good customer management skills
* Well-versed with various social media apps and how to manage
* Fluent English
* Have smart phone and laptop with good internet connection
* Prior experience in a similar role in the role is required.

Pay:
-Great Pay ($5USD Per Hour)
-You will be paid based on hours worked.
-You will be paid weekly or fortnightly

I have been running an outsourced employment agency for 3 years, and entrepreneurship for 8 years. I’ve grown my social media on TikTok and instagram. I live in Sydney Australia and am focused heavily on my work and growth in my business. Only looking for the top 1% of all employees to represent my company
