Role Overview:
As a Social Media Virtual Assistant, you will handle various tasks, including social media management, customer service, and engagement. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our brand’s voice, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries, and supporting our social media strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and schedule posts across social media platforms, ensuring content aligns with our brand voice and strategy.
• Respond to customer comments, messages, and reviews on social media with professionalism and care.
• Monitor social media channels for feedback, trends, and opportunities for engagement (social listening).
• Provide excellent customer service by answering
• Handle 3-4 customer calls daily, addressing concerns or questions with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media campaigns align with business goals.
• Track and report on social media engagement metrics.
Qualifications:
• 1+ year of experience in social media management or customer service roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and stay organized in a remote work environment.
