JOB OVERVIEW

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Virtual Assistant with a strong background in video editing and social media management. This role focuses on creating engaging content, managing social media posts, and executing light influencer outreach to drive growth and engagement for our brand. This is a part-time position (15 hours/week) with potential for scaling hours as the role progresses.

Responsibilities:

Content Editing and Creation:
Edit video and photo content shared via a drive or iPhone album into polished, engaging social media posts.
Develop short-form videos (1-2 minutes) optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.-6
Create branded visuals and ensure content aligns with the brand's aesthetic.

Social Media Management:
Schedule and post content on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Engage with followers by liking and commenting on relevant posts to build community and increase visibility.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule and backlog of content for smoother workflow.

Influencer Outreach:
Identify and engage potential influencers to join affiliate programs or collaborate on campaigns.
Follow a structured process for outreach, including responding to stories and sending messages.
Coordinate care package deliveries, ensuring accurate details and timely follow-ups.

Community Engagement:
Respond to social media interactions, including comments and direct messages, to foster community engagement.
Implement light growth tactics, such as targeted story responses and strategic following practices.

General Marketing Support:
Provide ideas and input for longer-form content or campaigns.
Collaborate on initiatives to drive brand awareness and optimize content for SEO benefits.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in video editing and social media management.
Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Ability to develop creative, branded content and refine based on feedback.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with influencer outreach and affiliate program coordination is a plus.
Proactive and creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
