Social Media Video Editor

Hi, I'm looking for a few video editors to help me grow my Instagram Accounts.

I'm looking for someone who can come up with ideas of how they can help get the most results: views/engagement/followers/sales but with as little time & energy from me as possible.

I'm easy to work with, I never micro-manager, you can work when you want, how you want, I just care about the results: views/engagement/followers/sales. I like to give bonuses if you get me results :)

Most video editors focus on effects and sounds, which I found out is distracting and gets less views. So I'm looking for someone who can keep it simple and focus only on the most interesting things in the videos: an interesting voiceover and visuals (ideally what the voiceover speaks about), as most of my content is behind the scenes of wedding shoots, wedding photos, & videos.
