We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for editing videos tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels. If you have a strong eye for detail, love storytelling through visuals, and are comfortable with fast turnarounds, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Edit and produce engaging short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and ensure content aligns with current best practices
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards
Ensure videos are optimized for different social media platforms (aspect ratio, video length, etc.)
Manage and organize video assets and raw footage
Assist in ideating new visual styles to improve audience engagement

Requirements:
Proven experience as a video editor, especially for social media platforms
Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
Strong understanding of social media trends and video content best practices
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with motion graphics or basic animation is a plus

Compensation:
The part time position is 15-20 hours with a pay range of $6-8 per hour
Our goal is to hire the right person for long term, full time employment
