Mirror Media Marketing needs a Full Time Video Editor! We make short form videos for social media and we want you to come on board to help make videos that go viral!
If you have the technical video editing skills, a strong eye for storytelling and love social media then keep reading!

At Mirror Media Marketing we are a team of elite storytellers that work with the biggest podcasts, YouTubers and creators in the world, helping them clip up their long form footage into short form clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
We average over 100,000,000 views per month across all channels and add about 250,000 new followers every single month for our clients.
What You Will Do:
Clip Long Form Content: Watch long form footage (such as Podcasts and YouTube Videos) to find "viral"
Tell Stories: Focus on finding the best and viral worthy
Engage & Retain: Edit content with viewer retention in mind. If no one will watch it, then it shouldn't be edited!
Quality Control: Ensure all aspects of the content, from caption spelling to branding meet the clients wants and requirements.
What we are looking for in an editor:
Someone who understands social media, especially video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
Ability to manage fast turnaround edits and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Highly organized and comfortable with managing a video workflow
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro (experience with After Effects is a bonus).
Passionate about creating high-quality video content and social media.
Who You Are:
Career Oriented: You are looking to build a career and for full time work (40+ hours per week), not your next freelance client. You want to establish yourself within a company and grow within the team and be a part of a mission bigger than yourself.
Industry Experience: You have at least 2+ years experience as a short form video editor (podcast clip experience is a bonus).
Equipment: You have WiFi Speeds of at least 100mb per second and a computer strong enough to handle large amounts of editing without slowing you down.
Storytelling Expert: You are someone who knows how to grab attention on social media with a strong eye for selecting hooks from long form footage.
Social Media Savvy: You understand what kind of content performs well on social media. You have a creative editing ability and don't just copy what you see but build on it.
Software: Expert with softwares like Google Drive and Adobe Premiere Pro.
You're someone who never settles for ‘good enough’.
Proactive, self-motivated and organized - constantly looking to improve.
