The Details
Job Location: Remote, work from home.
Company Location: Australia
Job Type: Part-time (20 hours per week), possibly transition to full-time.
Salary: 22,000-25,000 PHP for 20 hours per week, plus leave and public holidays
Hours (in Philippine Time): 7am to 11am PHT (flexible)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
CRM & SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT (GO-HIGH-LEVEL)
Build & manage funnels & automations:– Set up, optimise, and maintain
Optimise CRM & member area: Ensure seamless navigation within the CRM system, managing
Integrate & troubleshoot systems: Connect third-party tools, resolve technical issues, and improve system functionality for a smoother user experience.
WEBSITE MANAGEMENT
Maintain & update websites: Regularly update and improve websites on Wix, and GHL, ensuring they remain functional, secure, and visually appealing.
Upload & optimise content: Add new pages, blog posts, and media while optimising for SEO and user experience.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
Create & schedule engaging content: Plan, schedule, and manage content for Instagram,
Using Canva: Create visually compelling designs for social media posts, Instagram reels, carousels, stories, and
Edit & repurpose video content: Trim, enhance, and repurpose videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and YouTube content.
Track engagement & improve social media strategy: Monitor analytics, respond to comments, and adjust content strategy based on audience engagement.
Software skills
Ideally, you have experience using:
Go-High-Level is a must
Wix: updating websites and designs
Other tools: Canva, Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, and all Social Media Platforms.

A Social Media and Go-High-Level superstar with 3+ years experience in the online business space for US, Australian, or European clients.
Proficient with all aspects of GHL (as noted above).
Experience in content creation across multiple platforms with intermediate-level graphic design skills using Canva.
Comfortable managing website updates on Wix or similar.
Strong when it comes to video editing, social media, and content management.
Have an extensive Design portfolio. (You will be required to submit it as part of your application.)
Excellent with time management, execution, and attention to detail.
Strong in your English communication skills (both written and verbal).
