Social Media VA (Fitness Niche) Long-Term Full time Assistant

Location: Prefer candidates in Cebu (company HQ is in Ayala Business Park) but Remote is acceptable.

We're hiring a talented and creative Social Media VA to join our team! The Company has a 36 month growth strategy focusing on customer acquisition through social media. This is a relatively new company with very little social media presence. Requirements:

- Proficient in social media management platforms and tools (e.g., Metricool).
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms.
- Ability to create engaging and compelling content for social media.
- Experience in analyzing social media data and generating actionable insights.
- Proven track record of managing social media accounts and growing followership.
- Strong knowledge of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- A fast internet connection
- Fluent or C1 level English proficiency.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in social media or as an executive assistant.
- Passion for health and wellness and a desire to help individuals achieve their weight loss goals



Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute effective social media strategies to drive engagement, increase followers, and meet marketing objectives.
2. Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, captions, images, Upgrade to see actual infos, and videos.
3. Monitor and manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments/messages, and engaging with the audience.
4. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and new platform features, and adapt strategies accordingly.
5. Conduct regular analysis of social media performance, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
6. Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all social media channels.
7. Explore new opportunities for social media growth, such as collaborations, partnerships, influencer marketing, and paid advertising.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' social media activities.
9. Monitor and report on social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor analysis to inform future strategies.
10. Stay organized, meet deadlines, and effectively manage multiple social media projects simultaneously.

This position will likely start Part-time, but Full-time will be available after probation is completed. After probation, we offer a full-time position (40 hours per week) with supplemental bonus pay based on MBOs (Management by objectives) with opportunities to be making over P50k a month after probation and integration into the team. We are based out of Cebu Ayala Business Park but we are a remote company. However, company culture is we act like we're in the office during work hours even those working remotely.
