We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This virtual position offers a long-term opportunity for a self-starter who is keen to manage and elevate our brand presence across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and others.

**Ideal Candidate:**
- Age between 26 - 35 years.
- Proven experience in a similar role within an e-commerce environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute social media strategies across all platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Design, edit, and produce multimedia content from concept to completion, including videos, photographs, animations, and graphics.
- Manage content across all social media platforms ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies, with a strong focus on revenue-based analysis and ROI determination.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and social media advancements.

**Academic and Professional Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in content management systems and familiarity with social media business platforms.
- Strong graphic design, copywriting, and analytical skills.

**Skills and Attributes:**
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and social media advertising platforms.
- Ability to lead and collaborate on projects, demonstrating strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with an analytical mindset and the flexibility to adapt to new technologies and trends.

**Additional Requirements:**
- Dedicated home office space with a desktop, dual monitors, and a quiet working environment.
- Ms Office and Adobe Applications .
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps).
- Backup solutions for power and internet outages.

**Work Schedule:**
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
