Social Media Trends Specialist

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who lives and breathes social media trends. This role is for someone who is constantly online, staying up-to-date with the latest viral content, emerging trends, and new niches across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Your job is to research, analyze, and recommend content ideas that will help us grow our online courses hub and engage our audience effectively.

Responsibilities:

Monitor social media platforms daily to identify trending topics, viral challenges, and new content formats.

Provide real-time insights and recommend what content to post to capture attention and align with current trends.

Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for creating viral hooks and relevant, engaging content.

Analyze competitors, influencers, and industry leaders to understand what is working and what is not.

Suggest creative content ideas and strategies to optimize performance on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Stay informed about social media algorithm changes and provide solutions to boost reach and engagement.

Work closely with video editors and content creators to ensure the right ideas are implemented.


Requirements:

Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook trends.

Passion for social media with the ability to spot viral potential before it peaks.

Analytical mindset to assess trends, data, and audience engagement.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Proactive, organized, and able to deliver recommendations consistently.

Ability to adapt quickly in the fast-paced, ever-changing social media landscape.


WAGE/SALARY PER MONTH:
PHP 25,000 - PHP 45,000 (based on experience and output quality)
