This is a fully remote position with a working hours from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM PHT, Monday - Friday. The Social Media Team Manager will have to report directly to the Social Media Director and Executives.

In this role, you’ll manage social media strategies, mentor a talented team, and collaborate with our video editing and design teams to ensure the content aligns with our clients’ brand goals. You’ll play a key role in driving growth and enhancing online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership:
- Lead, train, and mentor the social media team, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Provide ongoing training and support to tea
- Oversee the quality of work across the team, ensuring all content aligns with clients' brand goals and is executed to the highest standard.
- Conduct regular quality control checks, provide feedback, and ensure all tasks are completed correctly and on time.

2. Client Communication & Meetings:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and addressing their needs.
- Lead client meetings to discuss strategies, performance updates, and next steps.
- Ensure client expectations are met, and feedback is implemented into the team’s workflow.
3. Strategy Execution:
- Drive the execution of social media strategies and campaigns for clients, ensuring smooth coordination between the team and other departments.
- Monitor and track campaign performance, ensuring the team follows the strategic direction and delivers high-quality results.
4. Content Research & Creation (as needed):
- Step in to assist with content research and creation tasks only when necessary, such as covering for tea
- Analyze clients’ brands, markets, and competitors to support the team in developing content strategies.
- Generate and approve content ideas to maintain engagement and brand consistency, when required.
5. Content Copywriting & Scriptwriting:
- Oversee and approve captions, scripts, and headlines to ensure they resonate with the target audience and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
6. Content Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Use performance data to train the team, improve strategies, and enhance results for clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a social media manager, with leadership or team management experience preferred
- Deep understanding of Instagram,
- Strong knowledge of social media trends and industry developments
- Proven success in managing social media strategies and achieving measurable results
- Exceptional copywriting skills and an understanding of SEO & keywords
