Social Media Strategist - Organic Content

I want to grow my instagram and tiktok organically. I need a social media strategist who can help me plan out content calendars and help me brainstorm other ways of growing my following organically.

Not only would this position be strategy, you will be writing scripts with AI and working with the video editing team to get things made.

I am looking for a self starter, that is willing to take ownership to get this project up. We are a book brand on natural remedies. As part of the job, you would need to understand big authorities in the space, understand what we're trying to accomplish with the brand and offer ideas and execution.

You need to be able to work closely with the Head of Brand (US timezone) to grow our following with content.

After we post content, you must be able to look at the data of likes and shares and figure out how we can improve our organic strategy with time.
