JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented Social Media Strategist who has a specialized expertise in Facebook Ads Manager to join our marketing team. This role demands a high level of proficiency in navigating and optimizing paid Facebook advertising campaigns (primarily), and LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc (secondarily). The successful candidate will be pivotal in driving engagement and achieving business goals through paid social media campaigns on various platforms. This position will not handle content creation. This is a full-time contractor position. We are looking for someone who will work 9am-5pm (U.S. Central Time Zone).

Responsibilities:
*Design, implement, and monitor paid social media strategies to meet our marketing objectives.
*Execute targeted advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal use of budget and resources for maximum reach and impact.
*Utilize Facebook Insights and Ads Manager analytics to track campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness.
*Stay ahead of the curve with Facebook’s evolving advertising options and algorithm updates, integrating new tactics into campaign strategies.
*Manage budgets ensuring efficiency and ROI.
*Provide expertise and recommendations on integrating strategies with broader digital marketing efforts.

Requirements:
*3+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager.
*Deep understanding of Facebook’s advertising ecosystem, including ad formats, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
*Proficient in analyzing Facebook advertising data and translating insights into actionable campaign improvements.
*Creative and strategic thinker with a proven ability to solve problems and adjust strategies in real-time.
*Excellent communication skills, capable of working collaboratively across teams, and with clients.
*Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
*Familiarity with other Meta platforms and ad tools (Instagram, WhatsApp) is advantageous.
*Certifications in Facebook Blueprint or other digital marketing qualifications.
