We are seeking a highly skilled individual to manage and grow automated YouTube channels, Facebook groups, and Reddit accounts/subreddits. The ideal candidate is a creative, data-driven professional with experience in content creation, community building, and social media growth strategies.

Responsibilities:
YouTube Automation:

Manage and grow faceless YouTube channels in high-potential niches.
Research and identify niche and topic ideas using tools like Competitor Analysis, YouTube Search Bar, and Answer The Public.
Create engaging scripts using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude AI, and Gemini.
Develop visually appealing content using tools such as Leonardo AI, MidJourney, and RunwayML.
Edit videos using CapCut or similar tools to produce high-quality content.
Design eye-catching thumbnails with AI visuals, Canva, and Photoshop.
Optimize videos for maximum reach and RPM ($3-$8+ per 1k views).
Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to meet growth targets (e.g., 770k+ views/month).
Reddit Subreddit Growth:

Use multiple Reddit accounts to create engaging discussions and foster community growth.
Develop strategies to organically increase subreddit membership and engagement.
Create and schedule posts, respond to comments, and build a strong community presence.

Facebook Group Growth:

Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage Facebook groups in relevant niches.
Create posts, moderate discussions, and encourage active participation.
Leverage insights to optimize group engagement and member retention.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing and growing faceless YouTube channels, Reddit accounts, and Facebook groups.
Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO, analytics, and RPM optimization.
Proficiency with AI tools for scriptwriting, visuals, and video editing.
Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, and AI-based content creation platforms.
Expertise in community management on Reddit and Facebook.
Ability to handle multiple accounts and maintain authentic engagement.
