We are an marketing agency specializing in social media & influencer marketing. We’re seeking a talented individual to take on the role of Social Media Specialist - building, overseeing and managing all marketing initiatives on Instagram, TikTok, X, and Reddit.

As the Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and refining marketing strategies across Instagram, TikTok, X, and Reddit. This position is ideal for someone passionate about social media marketing, with a deep understanding of what drives engagement and growth on these social media platforms.

Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Developing and implementing social media marketing strategies on Instagram, TikTok, X, and Reddit, focusing on growth and engagement
- Reporting & overseeing marketing operations of your team
- Tracking and analysing performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts
- Staying informed on social media and influencer marketing trends to keep campaigns innovative and engaging

The ideal candidate would be a somebody that has:
- Proven experience in social media marketing across Instagram, TikTok, X, and Reddit
- Strong understanding of the social media landscape, influencer trends, and metrics analysis
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously
