We are seeking an Organic Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our client’s online presence across social platforms, primarily focusing on
Key Responsibilities:
Friend Farming & Audience Growth:
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of friends and followers across
• Develop organic strategies to attract and retain a targeted audience aligned with our brand’s vision.
Chat Sequences & Engagement:
• Initiate and manage structured chat sequences to nurture leads and guide them through the customer journey.
• Use personalized messages to foster connections and ensure consistent follow-up engagement.
Community Engagement:
• Actively engage within relevant communities by commenting on posts, responding to messages, and sparking meaningful conversations.
• Build and nurture relationships with followers, groups, and potential clients through regular interaction.
Content Creation & Strategy:
• Design and post on-brand content, including stories, posts, and reels, across social media platforms.
• Create engaging video content that aligns with current trends, captures attention, and resonates with our audience.
• Contribute ideas for content that’s fresh, relevant, and poised to go viral.
AI Integration & Voice Profile:
• Leverage AI tools to streamline tasks in content creation, engagement, and chat sequences.
• Learn and apply our voice profile and use AI prompts to ensure authenticity and consistency.

Qualifications:
