About us
We are a fast growing e-commerce company selling premium products on Amazon and Shopify. We currently manage three brands and are expanding our product lines. While Amazon is our primary marketplace, we want to revamp our brand identity, build a strong online presence, and grow our community beyond the platform. Our approach goes beyond pricing and features; it's centered on creating meaningful interactions and lasting relationships with our valued customers. Looking ahead, our aspirations for the year include growing our brands, launching new products, and expanding our business footprint.
To facilitate this growth, we are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, and creative Social Media Manager to own and execute our brand’s social media strategy. This person must take the lead by growing an online presence organically by building a loyal community, and driving external traffic to our Amazon listings.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Revamp & Strategy – Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy to position us as a recognizable and engaging brand.
Content Creation & Management – Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (reels, carousels, stories, graphics) that speaks to our target audience
Amazon-Focused Social Media Strategy
Drive external traffic to Amazon listings while working around Amazon’s limitations.
Use UGC, testimonials, and influencer collaborations to create engaging content that supports conversions.
Leverage Amazon’s own social features (Amazon Posts, Storefront, Inspire) when applicable.
Optimize content with an understanding of Amazon’s ranking algorithm and external traffic benefits.
Community Building – Engage daily with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and foster a loyal community of customers, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
Influencer & UGC Collaboration – Identify, build relationships, and coordinate with micro-influencers, customers, and UGC creators to create authentic content.
Social Proof & Reviews – Strategically collect and repurpose customer reviews, testimonials, and real-life product usage to reinforce trust and brand credibility.
Trend & Competitor Research – Stay ahead of trends in social media, e-commerce, and Amazon marketing to keep our strategy fresh and effective.
Performance Analysis & Optimization – Track key metrics (engagement, follower growth, click-through rates) and adjust strategies accordingly.
What We’re Looking For
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, remote environment.
At least 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably for an e-commerce or Amazon-focused brand.
Strong understanding of organic growth strategies and how to drive traffic to Amazon while working within its limitations.
Experience working with UGC, influencers, and brand collaborations.
Creative and data-driven – You should have a balance of design skills, content ideation, and analytical thinking.
Proficiency in Instagram, analytics tools, scheduling platforms, and content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
