JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and creative Part-Time Social Media Specialist with a deep interest and understanding of car culture to manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms. This individual will be responsible for creating engaging content, connecting with car enthusiasts, and managing our Amazon Post Feed to drive product visibility and engagement. Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Curation:
Develop visually appealing and engaging automotive-themed content (text, images, videos, and graphics) tailored to each social media platform.
Highlight car culture, trends, and products that resonate with car enthusiasts.
Research and curate relevant industry content, including automotive news, events, and trends, to share on our platforms.

Social Media Management:
Manage accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok with a focus on automotive audiences.
Schedule and publish posts consistently, adhering to an optimized posting calendar.
Monitor and engage with followers, particularly within the car enthusiast community, by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.

Amazon Post Feed Management:
Create compelling, car-related posts specifically for our Amazon Post Feed to highlight products, share customer stories, and showcase unique features.
Track and analyze the performance of Amazon Posts to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.

Community Engagement:
Actively engage with car enthusiasts, online communities, and automotive groups to build brand loyalty and foster connections.
Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and conversations relevant to car culture and incorporate them into strategies.

Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and report on social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
Provide actionable recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and conversions within the car enthusiast community.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with TUD’s brand strategy and goals.
Collaborate with a graphic designer, content creators, and other team members as needed.


Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably within the automotive or lifestyle space.
Passion for car culture and a deep understanding of the interests and trends within the automotive community.
Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Amazon Post Feed.
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and a conversational tone.
Knowledge in graphic design tools (not required, but nice to have!)
Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data.
Creative mindset with an understanding of social media trends and best practices.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
